Hello to everybody!! I´m Simon Remis. One of the sculptors of Tale of War.
About Ron&Bones:(First of all, sorry for my very poor english;))
Ron&Bones it´s a proyect that we have been working for 2 years more or less. Finally this week the game has looks the light.
Its a skirmish game of pirates. The style of the game its very caricaturesque, to reflect the type of game. It is a game of simultaneous shifts. And very very enterteining. You can do bent between pirates, each one has his own actions...
Every month you can find new pirates to include in your crew...

Fantastic sculpts... great painting too! Figures are expensive though. The translations need some work although they are fun to read as they are  ;)

I love these figures, and the painting is superb.  :-*

There is something very cartoony about them which reminds me of Asterix, of all things. And this is a good thing.  :)

Are the Ron&Bones figs 28mm? Metal?

First I wasn't sure what to expect, Ron who? But then I realised ron = rum, right? lol

Great looking minis, nicely sculpted and painted. Remind me of Rackham in a good way. Would be perfect for a Freeport campaign!

they're 100 times better than rackham! they're probabily the best minis on the market, together whith enigma miniatures an andrea miniatures (but they're bigger!)

Thanks for your comments about our minis!!!. We are really proud about them.
All our miniatures are a bit taller than 28mm, arround 32mm more or less.

Already is in preparation an official tournament system where you will be able

These look wonderful, but when I asked for comparison photos, I wish to see how they stack up to other pirate miniatures, such as Black Cat Bases, Black Scorpion, Foundry, Privateer Press, or Reaper. Pretty does not do my collection any good if they are significantly larger than 28mm.

justice being done to the sea in search of her lost love. Whom she wants to cross with her big... sword.

Here you have first cabinboy of the crew. Erika Craby, the ninja crabs launcher!
When she was very small the galleon that she was travelling with her parents suffered
a cyclone that made them sink. Erika and her family managed to come to a desert island
where they managed to survive. It is not known very well that has been of her family,
but Erika has had time to train her own army of crabs ninja and now she devotes itself to
enlist in those pirate ships that promise her a bit of amusement.
