So dear reader, your humble servant, Archibald Harris-Hampton of the London Illustrated News (Special Mars Correspondant) has dreadful news from the Martian wastes. It would appear that the rogue and bounder, Allan Farquarson has again escaped justice and is still at liberty using an old archeological excavation site to hide in.
An eilite Japanese unit was tasked with finding and apprehending the villian. I was fortunate enough to be present and to survive to be able to report back to our valued readership.
The Japanese unit form up next to the viaduct and start to advance into the archeological compound.
Meanwhile, Allan and his band of miscreants are lurking in the ruins of an old, abandoned temple.
The Japanese make their way to the edge of the encampment but to their amazement they see the Princess Imperial walking around in the open, seemingly in a daze.
Seeing that something is amiss the Japanese ready themselves for whatever may occur, especially the renowned ninja, Igo Yugo, who steals off into the desert to try and scout the enemy position.
Suddenly, seemingly out of nowhere, the renegade Aak Nak, Billy Ffssh runs to the enclosure, jumps over the sandbag defences and preceded to fight the Japanese defenders bloody melee.
Meanwhile, the Japanese commander takes his horse round the flank and charges one of Allan’s followers with great success.
Unfortunately, the Majors success is short lived as Allan himself let’s fly with a vicious fusillade and kills the Major and his horse. The cad!
The renegade Aak Nak is causing havoc in the encampment and is soon assisted by Allan’s daughter, Daisy with Allan in close support.
With most of the Japanese dead or wounded the survivors beat a hasty retreat back to the waiting train and hence onto New Victoria.
Will they return with re-inforcements to finally capture Allan once and for all?
