Fine work all round.

I don't know if you have the expression 'Valley Commadoes' in Pembrokesire, but in Cardiff it refers to the valley youngsters who descend on the capital every weekend to get hammered out of their swedes, hammered in a few fights and then toddle off on the last train home. It was one of my 'pie in the sky' projects once to do a VBCW force based around coal miner raiders mounted on pit-ponies, called the Valley Commadoes. It never came to anything, nor will it ever from my fair hand because I'm way too busy, but I hope someone will bring it to life one day.
'Sir John ejaculated explosively, sitting up in his chair.' ... 'The Black Gang'.

It's not really a 'thing' in Pembrokeshire, but as a lad I spent every weekend in Swansea, where they were very much a 'thing'... I can still remember one of the females of the species shouting across the Kingsway "Sandra! 'Old my chips, while I go 'round the back of NatWest for a ****!"

You just don't get class like that nowadays...  :o

Sadly, someone on the Very British Civil Forum had already nabbed the concept of the 'Valley Commandos' and I didn't really want to copy.  :(

Very nice. There’ll definitely be a welcome in the valleys. Is it true that their intelligence service is known as Wiki Leeks?

Ah, parallel genius at work … or I might have already blabbed about my idea years ago and someone nabbed it, but I forgot. Either way, I have to be happy that they live, even if they don't know their true father.
