Warlord Doctor Who, size of figures?

Could anyone tell me if the Warlord Doctor Who are 28mm? The *cough*'th Doctor is wearing a rather snazzy bat/boating jacket/straw hat combo which I have use for.

They are tall and slender. I think more of 32mm of very authentic proportions rather than the usual chunky 28mm miniatures we are used to.

Actually I couldn't convince myself yet to start painting them. The Crooked Dice, Heresy and other NOTs look more appealing actually. However I painted some of their non-humans. The Silence are as tall as 40mm...

Stonking PJs, Michi. I am not really all that into Dr Who other than, you know, being to nerdy scifi shows in a general way. I was glancing at  that particular Doctor because of his  20s vibe.
