Added another model to the slowly growing Norse warband and this time its Gladius from the box set ‘Heroic Fighters of the Known World’ from 1986.

This is the original version of Gladius before the model was revised to cast easier.

After the initial releases the set was revised to make the casting process easier and less prone to failure. Gladius was turned slightly and had his head moved to be in line with his body for easier casting. I painted the second version for my mates collection...

WONDERFUL STUFF! So many of your beautifully painted treasures are new to me; the older Citadels were not all that common in my old hobby haunt. All are VERY WELL DONE!
