Looking good already! It is a big beasty.

It’s very interesting to see how you are painting this, with some parts assembled and others still on the sprue.

I was quite confused by the first photo, thinking “why just some feet?” But now I’ve had a proper look I’m impressed with the detailing on the base.

Interesting to see how you are building it.

As Fred says, it is a big  beasty.

The heat effect on the weapon is very good.

Thanks yaal, i think I need a little more blue on the lasers....  GW of all places recommend leaving the armor on the sprue for painting, and it turned out to be really good advice, much easier to airbrush and weather.  The armor banding on the edges should be relatively easy to touch up after cutting them off the sprue..

Milestones!!! Finally decided it was time to detach the armor from the sprues and go for a test fit....

Very nice.

I remember watching the GW painting video when the 40K knight came out where they painted the armour separately. It certainly looks like it works.
