If you are at a loss what to do on a Bank Holiday weekend the Sealed Knot celebrate 50 years of re-enacting the English Civil Wars on Sunday and Monday at Claydon House in Buckinghamshire.

We were there with you.
For those who didn't make it, it was an interesting battle - torrential rain on the Sunday.
Very large canvas camp for folks that like cooking and spinning.

Cheers! Sunday was rather wet!
(A useful reminder why weather rules are so important when Wargaming! Pity the poor musketeer!)

I too was there, if any-one took photos I would like to see what it looked like from the public side.
Somebody said Silverstone was cancelled on Sunday because of the rain, but I don't think the
(estimated) 90,000 crowd chose us as a substitute.

I was on the crowd line both days, don't often get on the field now.
Sunday was difficult to see anything through the driving rain.
Monday looked better just because there was no rain. Looked impressive for numbers.
