Canal Crossing - April 1945

Played the first test game for the first scenario in a campaign I'm writing last night...
British assault crossing of a canal under a lifting smokescreen. Didn't go as expected and the British took an utter pasting from German MG fire... to add insult to injury, the new Croc on its first game outing promptly ended up being abandoned without a shot fired.
Total debacle but good fun and few tweaks to add... the rules for Vickers plunging fire and 2" mortar smoke worked fine but not sure they added much so further tweaking in order...

Custom terrain a speciality.

Great looking table
Ditto that - and the concrete blocks have given me an idea for a canal I am working on.

Looks great.
Question about the entrenched mini's, did you cut them down yourself or can you buy them like that?
