A very interesting set of photos - a lot of effort to compile.

A number of the forts have lightweight wooden looking constructions on 1 or 2 corners of the towers. These look a bit like the hordings on medieval castles so that stuff could be dropped on attackers. But as they are over corners not doors, I'm not sure this is there purpose. Does anyone know what these are for?

toilets, it seem's, sometimes wooden, sometimes brick work , with a number of holes in the ground :

Dans les situations critiques, quand on parle avec un calibre bien en pogne, personne ne conteste plus. Y'a des statistiques là-dessus.
