Do you use a base coat of gloss varnish on the model before applying the decal?

A couple of times yes. But very rarely. I find it has never made a difference

According to the owner of LAF I've been commanded to apologise for troll posts and threads made in connection with what happened on the 5th of February.
So this is pretty much the only major thing I've posted since that date is take it this thread is regarded as trolling and I apologise for it.

I'm confused as to how...but that was the essence of the demand.
