RoSD black powder firearms

Has anyone applied the Black powder firearms rules to Rangers of shadow deep? I have recently started using them and would like to know how others tweak it. The rules for inaccurate, armour piercing and misfire are straightforward and easy to implement. How would you rule "Loud" though? Until now we have ignored it, but I've been thinking of maybe the shooter becoming the temporary target point for one turn. Also for sneaky scenarios, I'd rule that any shots fired would remove the ambush bonus. We are running a witch hunter group so to add to the flavor I brought a silver bullet for the blood moon scenario. We did not get the chance to shoot with it, but +2 xtra damage for one shot per game doesn't sound too op? Curious to see if any of you have opinions/experience on this, and maybe the author himself has some input?
