I need a gaming mat?

I'm looking a gaming mat, 6 X 4 with a river running the full 6' length. Preferably approximately 8" wide?

Any idea?
I thought Deep Cut Studios do one but I can't find it on the web page?

This, Rake's Corner is the closest I've seen from Deepcut. Nothing else really comes to mind, and I did look through a whole bunch of game mat companies a while back.

What about using a river stripe on a grass mat?

I have considered that, but I need a wide river, 200mm even 300mm, 8"-12"

I'd ask Deep Cut directly - I've had them tweak stuff in the past, and the mats are really good quality.

Cigar box battle store have a 6x4 mat with an 18 inch wide river



Its a bit to linear for my taste but may suit your purposes.

Tiny Wargames have a 6 foot long river strip that overlays any other mat



Its a bit more river like but a tad narrower than you wanted I think.

I've ordered the 'Tiny' tiny river (see what I did there?)
It's a bit narrow, but very cheap, so I can at least get started.
The other river is superb but a little too wide 

I'll either get a special one off from Deep Cut studios or take the plunge and make one!

I had reasonable success in creating a river segment with cheap vinyl tiles and mastic, might be cheaper than buying a custom mat even if you stuff it up a couple of times
