8 x M16
3 x M60.  Plus extra figure in support.
4 x Blooper.

Thanks! Great start with the basics, so that we can start building squads  ;D

The packs are best for this period as weapons based. I think Carlos also mentioned that before.

Hopefully some figures with the golf bag (spare barrel for the M-60). Apart from the barrel it carried the tools and the asbestos mitt required to change the barrel.

Yep sure. Its planned for the two man team in the first release. Plus the C ration tin attachment on the M60 to help the bullets run easily. Have to admit not found a pic of a Marine at Hue with it but it appears all over the place so at least one must have used it  lol

I like the selection of weapons in your first figures.
Can't wait to see the figures.
A question if I may.
Are you planing to do a 1/50 PBR down the road?

By PBR do you mean the new replacement for the Humvee? If so out of context here and we do not discuss future plans usually.

But yes!

We are looking at vehicles for the Vietnam conflict and will be covering those in 1/50. Just started working through them. The M113 I am told is nearly complete.

I'm thinking he might be referring to the Patrol Boat, River.

I like the core packs, very useful for starting off. I'm guessing there will be command pack maybe? Perhaps an officer, Sgt, RTO and medic? That would be very useful. 81mm mortar team possibly?  :D

First 16 figures to the range.

These are in the shop for pre release sales. Not done this ever before but we have had such a huge reaction to the range and with Salute coming up we thought it best to do. Details on the current site here.

We are also in the process of opening a new web site so links may suddenly stop linking. Its all go at Empress.

Very nice indeed, I particularly like the crouching moving forward figures. :)

This is always how I imagine modern figures should look, keeping their heads down!
