Can’t put pics up (although others have) but the Gringo figures are roughly 4-5 mm taller and chunkier. It comes down to what style floats your boat (aren’t we lucky to be getting two such ranges to choose from!) but, personally, I am very much going down the Empress route. Their current range is also more extensive plus they clearly have a lot of aspiration re how far they propose to take the range.

I should point out I am a little biased as I have worked with Empress extensively on their ECW range so appreciate just how much work they put into a range and getting it right  (and how, when they say they are going to do something,  they will deliver). The vehicles Rich C has been working on also look excellent- can’t wait to see them in the flesh (or, should that be “in the resin”?).
Put your trust in God and keep your powder dry!

Some superb painting of our recent character packs by Graham Green of Greygreen painters. Thanks Graham for allowing us to share these.  ;)

They're a bit gorgeous.

Strangely I feel the bases are a bit of a let-down however, especially when contrasted against the fantastic paint-jobs.

Superb paint jobs. The painter has really brought Animal Mother to life.

M113 has arrived in the shop.

This is the early 'basic' version of the ACAV defensive system. Used by all but especially ARVN. ARVN crew will follow on in the not too distant future. Then others.

The side M60's can be left off the build if you wish.

The more well known version with the 50cal 'turret' will follow on as well.

That looks good (I would be concerned about the 0.50 shield support).

I had a small concern but have messed around with it and its very strong. The glue gave way before it broke. In short it did not break  ;)

We use very expensive hi density resin. Not the cheap stuff you drop on the floor and shatters into a zillion pieces.......as I recently had happen to me when finishing a 20mm German bunker complex  :'(

Good to know.

Is it the same resin as the Puma?

I don't know if this was asked before. The M113 is in 1/50 scale. which scale helicopter models would you recommend? 1/48 or are you going to do gunships and sliks ?
