The scavs are form http://www.em4miniatures.com/acatalog/Future_Skirmish.html. They have a really nice paintjob. The British are painted nicely as well. Their title and the picture in whole got them my vote.

As I scrolled down, I saw the first entry and thought to myself...WOW!! What a great entry...there won't be any problems deciding on this one. I then scrolled to the second entry and went WOW!! Oh Bloody Heck!! You are both killing me. I want to vote for both. I am starting to realize why Captain Blood got his name!! He is raising my blood pressure!! Gotta find my coin again!!

What're the rules in regard to ties? It's 85/85 right now...

If the difference in votes between two entries in any match is 5 or less, the match is a draw and both paticipants receive 20 points.
We've had quite a few already...

Yes. But a quote from the Holy Scripture lends such gravitas to an entry I feel shamed into voting for it.
