Ral Partha does a 25mm Stag that might be useful for the antlers.  It's part of their Lesser Animals pack.  Can't find mine at the moment to give you an exact size but here's a pic.

I have it and I find it a bit shit really. Mr-Easy-To-Cast posture and unconvincing antlers.

Sorry but there I do not agree.
It is very well this deer. He(it) represents a deer of Virginia and no wapiti as for wood, it is just due to the constraints of the molding. It is enough to shape them

For those who see these deer on daily basis, the Ral Partha antlers are a WTF - neither whitetail nor mule deer nor even a hybrid, though the ears would suggest mule deer.  Most folks just see "antlers" and that is fine, but I think Archangel1 and I are having what wargamers often call an "anorak" moment.

Have added a few more details to Keelboat and painted stowage and accesesories(violin, washboard, bottles and mugs etc.) I now need to paint interior before ading the roof, will post more picture when painted prior to adding the roof.

Forgot to ask.
What are you making it out of?
Wood or card board or both?
If wood what kind is it?
Was it that colour or have you painted it already?
Questions, Questions, Questions.......... ;D
Sorry :D

The Basic hull shape is made from a block of Balsa wood. then all the planking, keel, mast and structural elements are made from Walnut planking, strips and rods available here.

http://www.cornwallmodelboats.co.uk/acatalog/timber.htm
(this site is great for scratch builders, particularly boats, check out the range of Matierials, and Model Boat and Ship Fittings)

The planking is 0.5mm x 4mm available in 1 metre lengths for only £0.26 ($0.36 or 0.29 Euro). The whole model will have cost less than £15.00 in Matierials ( Oh yeah also spent £6.00 on superglue, all those individual planks)
The wood is this colour, have been tempted to just varnish it, But I will be painting and weathering the model.
The above shop also supplied a superb brass falconet

So far have spent about 10 hours building, will be painting the interior and accesories tonight, photo tomorrow (or tonight if Im effecient!).
Hope this awnsers questions.

Nice work so far Simon. I've just realised that the photos are proper ones too, does this mean you've got a camera and we can expect some photos of your back catalogue too?
