Pulp Alley China Station Campaign
« on: February 19, 2019, 01:29:34 PM »

Last weekend, Lewis and I got started with the new Pulp Alley China Station campaign.
The first scenario sees our leagues shipwrecked off the coast of China, washed ashore and dispersed, our leadres search for the rest of there leagues before they are roinded up by 'The Enemy Patrol'.

There are four areas that can be searched (around the shrine, the truck the abandoned camp site and the deserted hut). Success either leads to a clue regarding where to find your missing comrade (or if you have my luck, another enemy patrol!)

I've added a full write up with loads more photos to my hobby blog @ http://wargamesbuildings.co.uk/Hobby-Blog/Pulp-Alley-China-Station-CAmpaign-Scenario-1-Enemy-Patrol

Great write up Chris.
I have the China Station Campaign.
Love what I have read so far.
But am playing in another Pulp Alley campaign,
so have to finish that one before starting a new one.

Some of the characters that were not found in this scenario, were taken prisoner. In next weeks installment of China Station, our heroes mount a daring rescue mission!

The buildings are from the Sally 4th Wild Geese range, but I think they work as a Chinese Barrack / Prison camp to! http://wargamesbuildings.co.uk/Wild-Geese

Nice looking tables you have so far for the campaign. I hope to get another campaign started with our group soon.  This thread will be excellent motivation.  :)

It is important to keep mentioning for new players, that Pulp Alley is not period or genre based.  There is no reason why the scenarios could not be based in a Fantasy, Historical or Sci-Fi setting. The rules and scenario can stand but the scenery and figures can be what you have to play with.  Don't think that you have to buy loads of new stuff for this, any gamer will already have figures that they could use.
'So do all who see such times. But that is not for us to decide. All we have to decide is what to do with the time that we are given.'

Good point about being able to play with any figures in any setting / genre.
The other Pulp Alley campaign that we are playing, is set in the Old West!

I have just added a 2 minute You Tube video overview of the 2nd game in the campaign, Breakout!
