Karwick's Fantasy Minis
« on: March 24, 2020, 01:00:41 PM »
Hey all,

I've been painting fantasy miniatures for use in Dragon Rampant and Scorched Parchments (the fantasy supplement to my rules set "Torn Liveries")

Here follows three leaders for my Wars of the Roses themed army of men

Very nice. The standard bearer and hammer wielder look like a father and son combo.
Below is a link to my blog. It's the place where I write uninteresting things about little toy soldiers. I do this because I refuse to grow up and behave like an adult.

Hadn’t  thought of that!

The hammer wielder on foot was originally intended to be a dismounted version of the mounted hammer wielder

The bronze footman looks like the Earl of Bronze from the David Gemmell books.  Great painting.  Agree with the father/son combo.

Nice work. Who makes the figure holding the banner?

Yearly painting challenges only show me how useless I am at painting...

Thanks! Its a Reaper miniature, I replaced the banner with one from a set of plastic perry miniatures :)
