To use Empress or the (temporarily unavailable) Footsore figures for White officers, one would have to file off the British rank insignia from the cuff and use card stock or greenstuff to make shoulder boards.

1919. British officers trained Russian crews for artillery.

1919. Austin armored cars, obtained from the UK.

1920. British tanks for the "White" dictatorship.

The biggest problem is gas masks. They were practically not used in the Civil War, although chemical weapons were sometimes used.

The woodbine officer don't seem to have any cuff detail sculpted.

The Empress officers do.  It could be filled in, filed off or a combination.

Expanding the shoulder straps to proper shoulder boards would make them look Russian.

The woodbine and empress figures don't seem to have gas mask packs.

British uniform of the leader of the world revolution. But they could not find identical buttons for Lenin.
