Please help. Problem with Timecast order

Hello everyone. I'm in a little bit of a predicament with my latest order to Timecast. I've been trying to contact them but my email keeps getting sent back due to some error. I ordered some Old Glory bags back in January and some of them were not sent due to not being in stock. But it's been almost 3 months and the remaining stuff still hasn't arrived. Do you know if they are having some trouble with their email? Or if this delay is common while restocking Old Glory? I can't call them as I don't live in England...

I ordered some "Rank & File" 15mm War of the Roses figures (ex Old Glory) from Timecast and had to wait a while for them to make the next stock order, so if they did not have the specific figures on hand when you ordered a delay is likely before they restock.

I think they work on a 4-6 week order basis for Old Glory figures.

Thanks for the reply, robh. I'll keep waiting, but I'm slightly worried something happened. If nothing arrives this month, I might have to pop over at their stand at Salute and speak with them.
