One of the games to feature in last months meetings of the DWG was this Chain of Command game recreating a battle on the shores of Lake Victoria as German forces attempted to capture a British supply base.

We have been using a modified 'The Men Who Would be Kings'
for our WW1 Africa games. I am interested in how you think
'Chain of Command' works, as I was considering giving it a try.

I enjoyed your report. It just shows that the old rule of thumb of needing 3:1 superiority in numbers when attacking a defended position does hold true.
Lovely painted miniatures too.

Great table and minis! Another fine AAR of what appears to be a very FUN game. I've always been interested in this period and really need to get a game on. Luckily there is interest at my club to do so.
