Operation Last Train
«

A doomed world overrun by alien bugs. 100 Volunteers. 90 Days. Save as many as you can.
I've just launched my Charity Wargame Project - Operation Last Train!

What a great idea! Thank you for doing this. I'm fresh out of bugs and troops to fight them with but damn, what a great reason to correct that situation! Very nice way of tying the game into a good cause as well. Deserves more attention!

Can confirm that "Last Train" = Awesome with Awesome-Sauce.
I've gotten my first game in. A battle report alongside a micro-review and my feeble attempts at fan-fic fluff can be found here:
https://6mmmayhem.wordpress.com/2019/03/24/operation-last-train-a-6mm-bug-hunt/
Be advised, I played this with 6mm scale models. The game is presented as a 28mm skirmisher, but works on this scale just as well.
Some impressions:
Deployment
Tanks vs. Bugs. Sounds easy.
My Bat-Bugs and Spider-Bugs. Just pretend they're slimy bug aliens!
Uh Oh.
The cavalry is here!
Highly recommended for anyone with an interest in solo / coop tabletop games.
