I’m currently trying to keep the wings looking  ‘free’ but making sure they are supported in such a way that they stay on!
I also had to redraw the turret after I discovered my drawing was a bit off.

Hatch is a bit of a complex beast, with a separate base ring, and 2 hatches but it will allow the hatch to be modelled in any position - open/closed or somewhere in between (Seen pics of them slightly open too)

Guns will have 2 options – gun out and gun port closed.   (They are handed left and right)
They are on spheres with a peg so it will allow any of the configurations to be used.
The real thing carried 2 guns normally and they could be repositioned in 15 seconds to another gun port.

This model is the M35 with solid tyres; I’ll do the pneumatic tyre version and I’ll also be making the M39 version on a 4x4 Chevy chassis.

Should then be useful in multiple theatres.

Mostly they were used for policing as they were pretty hopeless off road but bullet proof and heavily armed (Twin Vickers will do that)

Rivets...  not too much left to go.  More rivets and details still to go.

Rich,
I think you might want to take a second look at windscreen as you've only one angle and its a double step on the one in the photograph.

Like that? : ;D

Some tweaks still to do but mostly there.  Printer has been having a mare - several problems and resulted in a lot of  fails...  think I've got it now.

1/56 and 1/50

Ooooh. shiny. I really like that. Now, how do I persuade SWMBO that I really do need a 3d printer?

That'll do donkey, that'll do. ;) lol
Open hatches a design note I'm found of using myself. So no complaints from me.
1/50 definitely the way to go. Much easier maths too ( devide by five and move the decimal point to the left. Job done)
