Modern Skirmish - Looking for Chris Peers Article

Not sure if this is the correct forum but, I am looking for a Chris Peers article titled "A Campaign/Scenario Generating System for Modern Skirmish Games."  I have a photocopy of the article I made many years ago that is missing the last page or two of the article, that's how I know the name and author.  I believe the article was in Wargames Illustrated, circa early 2000s.  I did my best to search the WI website without any luck.

Can anyone tell me the year/issue number of the article and maybe where I could purchase a copy (physical or pdf) of the issue in question?  Thanks.

I only know of the one. It is one of my favourite Peers pieces, though.
