Wow, those space pirates are just fantastically weird! Who makes these weird miniatures. I really like them. The colors are very well chosen and make them pop well.

The figures are all from the Alternative Armies SF line now to be sold under the "Ion Age" name. I bought some of those back in the 90s in a clearance sale, got others as payment for a painting commission, and thought that the general similarity made them suitable as pirates (i.e. a little bit "gang" uniformity, but individually different).

The figures (apart from the big guy) are roughly 30mm scale. I´ve also got a ton of the "Not-Space Marine" Templar figures, but since those don´t fit the pulp/retro scifi thing at all, I won´t paint them for this project.

Me thinks the bridge folk are going to have a bit of competition this time. The pirates are certainly going to challenge.
Victory is guaranteed to the last man standing, but always remember those whom you stepped on to get there!!
