Wow Chris...16 miniatures? Insane! And well executed too. Like the dark and gritty look of them. Although I prefer Romans a bit more shiny, it works very well on these miniatures. But in the end my vote went for the Banshees. The coloring is just fantastic. The bright hair with the bone armour makes them pop very well and they must look fantastic on the gaming table.

I also like the gritty look just a bit more, I just really can't see how everything can be very shiny after a march towards a battlefield. Then again they are Romans and probably well organised, so maybe they have polishing breaks.

After finishing these guys, I'm however fed up with painting loads of plastics and will (happily) be going back to painting some metal chaps for round 9 and 10.

Anyhow, the LPL already made me paint/finish 85 models so far, so every round is a succes

I doubt these girls want to have fun, unless you count gutting and blood-letting fun!! Great paint job... they really pop out at you. As for the Legion...gritty, hardcore, ancient army...well painted, and posed. Good luck to you both!!
