David told me mid-summer. They are done, but he is swamped at work so the final formatting and checks have yet to be done.

Looks good.  Shows it's roots as an updated version of Schnellboot but with some nice new ideas.
Not sure about the cards yet but will see how it plays.
Submarine targets and Aircraft are a neat addition.

Took part in the play testing of the rules for David.
Great rules. Nice and easy, and really flowed well.
I’ve got 3 or 4 sets of ww2 coastal warfare rules that I’ve used thro the years, and these are the best I’ve come across.
So time to dust off those old MTB’s and E boats, and get the smell of the seaweed in those nostrils. lol
