Thanks for the encouraging comments!

Group shot, maybe, IF the day clear's up (very dark and grey atm), otherwise it'll be for next week.

I had some time off work (and other responsabilities). Sadly, that's over now. :(

A few more figures painted.

An officer firing a pistol (TAG):

The execution of a deserter:

The executioner is a TAG figure and will of course do double service as a katana wielding character.

The deserter is a Copplestone BoB Chinese figure and can double as a prisoner that needs to be freed (or killed before he can spill the beans)

You have some seriously nice toys there!!!! 8) :-*

You've got a really good eye for conversions and they blend together brilliantly.
Those Ma.k's seem to fit into a variety of genres.

Excellent work.

Excellent work! Nice smooth paint-job, great consistency in tones, basing, and overall look throughtout, plus, they're just cool!

I had been looking forward to a new installment!

Wheels added: Weird Japan
« Reply #84 on: September 13, 2009, 06:17:43 PM »
Some wheels for my Japanese. The car is 1/48 type 95 small sedan 'kurogane 4wd", made by Hasegawa. The crew are the ones that came with the kit, but with head- and weaponswap (TAG) to make them fit in. I'm glad it's done, it was a fiddly bit of kit and I left several parts out that weren't needed here.

Really cool car! Was it so fiddly that you would not recommend me to buy it?

That car is fantastic.  That may be one of the my favorites of your work so far.

Not to that point, though since this came out, tamiya has one too, so you might want to look up a review of that one to see if it might be more straightforward.

I've been looking at that car, thinking it would be fun for Quar or ECW.  I'm glad to see that those 28mm heads fit so well on the bodies, making it a convincing 28mm car.  Nice work.
