I am after the 28mm Capitan Games Spanish Figures, not the 15mm ones.

I tried to contact them several months ago, never got any reply. See also this somewhat-related thread

Their website only ever says they'll be back soon. Even announcement somewhere that they aren't operating/going to respond would be helpful!
