A little build destined for the bring and buy
« on: June 16, 2009, 03:12:03 PM »
Hi all,

Just a quick photo of a little build in 28mm that is destined for the bring and buy (or possibly fle bay if it gets no interest at the bring and buy at the club I go to)

I just had a little time time off work so managed to get this finished and a few other bits n' pieces (also built with the intent to sell)

I got to make money to spend on Renegade figures to increase my VSF prussian Horde.

Anyway, A Samurai Castle in 28mm  (Based on one I saw in a wargames illistrated magazine a while ago.)

All comments and critisms welcome

Thanks for looking.

Very impressive. What's it all made of?

Is a photo with some figures possible? ;)

Very pretty, so crucial $64 question - which Bring & Buy, and what price ?

Its made of Polysyrene, foam core, small amounts of wood and cardboard mostly.
The Bring and Buy is at our local club in Perth WA (Western Australia) and is held the first wednesday of the month.
Price, im not too sure yet but im guessing around AUS 150-200  would not be too unreasonable.  (However I open to some guidance with pricing)

I will try to get some pictures done with figures.
Its reasonably tall 15.5" and the roofs do come off to give access inside each level.

Very nice again mate, but you're not selling this until we've had a play with it.

And I reckon, knowing how much detail and effort went into this, that anyone who picks this up for less than $250 is getting a blinding bargain (that's about 125 British shekels currently I believe). I think the Adolfo Ramos one from Spain was about the 300 pound mark. Postage shouldn't be too bad as it is so lightweight.

Anyway, all academic as no one's getting it till I've had a play (then you can have some nice battle report shots with it).
