Kingdom of Heaven would be worth a whole class about its inaccuracies.

Indeed!

Arn The Knight Templar is a great film on the crusades. It was on Netflix recently might still be there and I believe there is also a sequel.  Then, of course, there is Nicolas Cage in Seasons of the witch, and then maybe the best Robin Hood film out there from 1993 Robin Hood Men in Tights. It depends on what you are trying to achieve with your students. Arn would probably be the best for a historical lesson of sorts but you can't beat "We're men! We're men in tights. We roam around the forest looking for fights."
I have nothing important to say so just keep on scrolling.

Not a movie but a radio series from the 1990's The Crusader Chronicles

BBC Synopsis

a four-part historical pastiche starring Hugh Grant ana Michael Aldridge.
The year is 1153. On his deathbed, Walter Knobbe tells the story of the First Great Crusade, of the brave but dim Sir Giles, of his unscrupulous brother Sir Leslye, of Robert the irascible Caledonian monk, and how the four of them set out to deliver Jerusalem from the infidel.

You can access it on the https://archive.org/ it is silly in Flashman sort of a way but very entertaining.
