My ACW collection
« on: April 26, 2019, 07:58:51 PM »
I'm pretty new here, so this is the start of my ACW collection! I will continue to add to this post and post pictures of both new additions and my current collection. Bare with may be a slow process, first up the 10th Tennessee 25mm Dixon Miniatures

Very nice looking figures they have inspired me to get back to my Dixon's. I have a regiment of union infantry still in the box. Must try not to get distracted.

Lovely work.

Since Dixon figures have "cast on" head variety, I wonder if they could offer african-american cavalry and artillery figures.  :?

The ACW are quite an old range from Dixon, if they don't do them already I doubt he will change them now. But headswaps are easy to do?
I am going to build a wargames army, a big beautiful wargames army, and Mexico is going to pay for it.

They do artillery figures if I remember correctly, but on saying that the head swaps for the cavalry were easy to do.

Got to agree head swaps are easy to do, but on saying that I've a bad habit of cutting figures up and converting them quite a lot.

Really nice minis. I was wondering about basing 2x3 rather than 2x2 and I think your collection might have persuaded me.
