Green stuff is the plan.  Using the program I have it'll look too regular and sharp.  There is a gap left for the green stuff so it stays put.
I don't have to produce everything in CAD as it's a casting master.

Wot? Pinball Wizard?

Em dezembro de '81
Botou os ingleses na roda
3 a 0 no Liverpool
Ficou marcado na história
E no Rio não tem outro igual
Só o Flamengo é campeão mundial
E agora seu povo
Pede o mundo de novo

Broke a bit off the decent hull.... so it's back on the printer.  But this time I've activated the Anti-Aliasing firmware.  This basically means instead of the LCD pixels being on or off it now prints in greyscale.  It's supposed to smooth out the lines even further.  I tried it on the cupola and it has made some difference on the double curves so it will be interesting to see what it does to the hull.

But surely anti-aliasing software means you can’t pass it off as an early M-60 or call it ‘Sid’, ‘Deep Throat’ or ‘The Notorious BIG’?

I think anything that allows for greyscale should be called ‘Visage’ in honour of Steve Strange.

I must see if I still have the photos but someone at Little Wars in Melbourne did an absolutely brilliant Battle of the Bulge game using 1/87 Roco/Roskopf M-47s. It was all set on a very Hollywood back lot table. Sheer genius it was.

Good man! I couldn’t find ‘em. Hilarious set up. If you look up in the right hand corner there’s even a red Bell helicopter doing the filming/ directing the shoot.

Just something I’ve noticed. I’ve been scouring books and the net for photos of M48A3s to correct some issues with a model version.

None of the photos shows any X style bracing on the foremost part of the front fenders. Those that have a reinforcement show a rib running from the hull across the fender.

On the other hand that X style reinforcement shows up on the front and rear fenders of M48A5s. I suspect it’s a modification made when the M48A5 conversions were made.

Here’s what I mean. M48A3 top, M48A5 bottom.
