I've actually been interested in a skirmish napoleonics game myself that isnt just "Use skirmish troops". This Alt History game sounds ideal. Though I may make some modifications to add horses (make them super expensive) and of course this kind of game sounds right for a certain Yorkshire accented Rifleman and his Irish best friend.
