Love your new additions to your forces.
I like how you mix and match the different figure company's figures.
They look good together.

Sweet!
It was a funny habit commanders had in the 19th Century of waving their hats around on the end of their swords, like Lo Armistead does in all the paintings of him at Gettysburg. Seems like a fine way of ruining a perfectly good hat to me.

Thanks guys, really appreciate it, I have becoome over the years quite keen to mix manufacturers where the quality of the castings works, I like the look, I dont really like the using the same figure over and over. I have managed to get a couple more irregular horse and foot done, so some more units complete along wiht the Sikh horse artillery guns.
The second test Gurkhas is on its way but I have finished a test figure for the Govorner generals bodyguard I will share shortl.
The hat on the sword, with Armistead I always thought this was a bit of fatalism, he knew he was unlikely to survive so his perfectly good hat was fine with a hole in it.

Cheers guys, probably swapping the horse to one more appropriate but that is the look I am going with for Govorner Generals bodyguard.

Rogerc, what did you source your GGB figure from? Are you aware of Hodson's book on the subject?
