Brilliant. The stowage makes it look really lived in.

What did you use for the barbed wire on the trim vane?

It's the etched brass stuff that Forge World used to make. Some leftover from 40K stuff, got one sheet left...

Thanks Rick; one day, maybe, I'm still hiding from the 20mm Bush Wars board I started...

Had a go at an ARVN M60 team , loosly inspired by that picture on the previous page.

Gunner is the top half of one of the ARVN M113 crew, the legs from an NVA figure. The other is from pack NAM1 (bloke with doll thing in helmet band).
Gave him a head swap, arm swap, chopped off some pouches to make him look less marine like.
Also removed his base and chopped his boots off, sanded them down a bit and pinned them back on ( to try and reduce his height a little).

Couple of the other figures from pack NAM1; went with the two most crouched over; again removed some pouches (gas mask bags) & the trouser pockets.
Added some grenades & pouches to cover the dodgy cutting & a pouch my thumb squashed a bit..
ARVN officer just had the boots left over from the M60 gunner's legs added, stuck a smoke grenade in his hand, and the kneeling chap is from the M113 crew.

The Marines & ARVN figures are of correctly different stature, so these guys are bit bulky in comparison to the Vietnamese; will wait for any new ARVN releases to add  new figures, but had to have a go just to see how they turn out.

Thanks a lot.

Used this guy from the PBR crew, to add a gunner to go into a bunker.
