Raided the spare parts box and put together another fire team.
RTO started out as an ANZAC, he got the head from the M79 bloke and a radio from the SASR pack.

The patches aren't too taxing. I start with a 'T' shape of the background colour, then fill in the sides to form a sort of shield shape. Fill in the base colour with 'White Grey', leaving a sort of keyline of the base colour around the edge. A diagonal line of blue across the middle, then fill in the side. A dot of the same blue in the top left quarter, followed by a slightly dodgy elongated blob of grey in the middle to give the impression of the armoured cavalry insignia. Won't bear close scrutiny, but looks ok from a distance.

Used the example in this rather interesting take on scale & perspective as a guide.
