It may be worth you commissioning your own figures. There are sculptors working in both the physical and the digital and reading someone else's blog recently, I was surprised how 'comparatively' cheap this is - especially if you are going to do a production run and you could even then legitimately sell to others, as I doubt you are alone in wanting to expand that force.
