some useful terrain from a model rail shop

the blog has a few items that were picked up at a model rail shop. I particularly like the rough ground.

Interesting finds.

It is always worth having a look in the WH Smith Memorial Library (or local equivalent) for ideas.

Continental Modeller (Slartibartfast's magazine of choice) has a regular column on painting (and building) European structures (the writer also appears in military modelling magazines).

Model railway shops and shows are a good chance to have a poke at new materials.
