Been at this one a wee while, 'only' the rigging left to do:

Very nice model. Nice job. Very tempted to copy it.
I had a few of these back in '81, when I was 12. The local supermarket had a few bagged Revell kits and this one and the Sopwith Triplane were the ones I spent my savings on.

Cheers, it's an aircraft which, I think, has pleasing lines; just 'neat' all round.

Nice work! I love the look of the metal parts you've achieved.
A minor nitpick, I think D.IIIs got their upper wings wainted at the factory in standard schemes of green. Although the brown looks much more desert-appropriate!

Many thanks.
You could well be right but the illustrations I saw of Ottoman aircraft all had upper upper surfaces the same colour as the fuselage.
My attribution is wrong anyway as DIIIs didn't arrive until 1918

Lovely work!
Os it possible to know how you proceeded to do the rigging, please ?

Thank you.
The rigging material was monofiliament fishing line under a millimeter diameter. Holes were drilled in the wing struts and fuselage in the appropriate places to take the nylon which was fixed using normal superglue. The kit instructions have a reasonable rigging guide, additional information found on the 'net. Matt varnish was applied before the rigging as I wanted the slightly glossy appearance of the line. Hope that helps.
