Rules Questions when it comes to Bolt Action Firefight!

Looking at the new Firefight! rules and have a few questions:

Can only one section have a 'free' nco?

Can I use auxiliary units like a chaplain/intelligence officer or ones from operation sealion?

For points cost I assume for example ''12pts per additional man'' indicates that the troops are that cost individually?
