Suitable miniatures for the Denshutai?

Do you know if there is anything usable for conversion with just a head swap? I thought about Perry's intervention force cavalry, but I'm possibly wrong

The heads used were Steve Barber ones, most had moustache on them which would need filing or strategic painting 😁
