Paint job is great! But there are a couple of comments.
Hatband his cap should not be red, but crimson (if it is an officer of the infantry).

Blue pants - belonging to the parade or everyday uniform. In combat conditions, only a senior officer could wear such pants. You have the colonel goes on the attack  ;)

It stands out more in 20mm as red instead of crimson on the table top.

Blue dress trousers were worn in the field by various officer ranks... at times as they had nothing else.

Surely it is a misprint & should read 120mm.

In 1941, the use of "color" elements of the uniform is fully justified. Many military units engaged in combat rather unexpectedly for themselves, and the one who was in the rear suddenly found himself in a combat situation due to the swift attack of the enemy. But in 1943-45 the situation was completely different - and if suddenly there were not enough officer uniforms, the officers used soldiers 'uniforms without any problems, but with officers' insignia. The colored elements of the uniform in battle are a great chance to win in a very unpleasant lottery :D Why draw extra attention to yourself

However - this is me joking. The figure will look great on the table!
