28mm "Heroic Scale" / 32mm Greeks / Other Ancients?
« on: June 27, 2019, 10:46:49 PM »
Does anyone know of larger 28mm Greeks that could be used for epic fantasy Greeks?

At a push, I'll take dynamically posed standard 28mm Greeks.

Thanks!

Warlord Games Theban Sacred Band figures are about Frostgrave sized 28mm, I use them for Ghost Archipelago.

Crocodile Games Olympus range are heroic scale and geared to a fantasy Greek setting. Expensive if ordering from the UK but I believe there are stockists in the UK?

Really, really nice figures though  :)

Bronze Age Miniatures seem to be 32mm.

Another American company, so expect hefty postage costs to Europe.

The later Foundry Greeks are pretty big. I think they are sculpted by Steve Saleh.
(the older ones are by the Perries and quite small by comparison)
Vendel figures are also on the heroic side, but not sure if those are still produced

Bronze Age are now stocked by Fenris Games in the UK:

I think the older range were by Dave Gallagher.

Just to add,

Bronze Age figures are amazingly good figures.
I am intending to get some of their Amazons soon.
