I wonder if it hasn't been released properly yet. Maybe an upcoming release as I'm sure it was a KS product recently.
EDIT: Actually it was just the most recent kickstarter so it won't have been officially released yet. If you aren't in a rush it might be available from Reaper in a few months (could be a year or so though lol) depending on their release schedule.

It was an add-on to the kickstarter so it won't be dumped en masse as usually will happen to many models from the core set. Have him myself, he's ginormous.  :)
