In case you prefer, like me, to simulate on tabletop (or planning to) real battles and not only hipotetical ones occured in Vendée (or elsewhere in France) there is this excellent French map site "remonter le temps" which include 18c., 19 c, maps to compare with aerial and today's maps. enlarge ecc..

Furthemore, .to exactly pinpoint the place in which the battle took place  you can use the research engine of "remonter le temps" loaded with the very name of the places in which battles took place or even the coordinates . Wiki list of battles of Vendée Wars is really useful

and finally..if you want to have an idea on how the battlefields look like there is the beautiful "Album Vendéen" by Thomas Drake with more than 120 sketches of the places..i've find some few ones on line..as you can seen majority of battles had the aim to conquer chateaux or towns held by Republicans:
