Thanks!
I'm planning to run Rangers of Shadow Deep, but set in Rokugan in Crab lands and the Shadowlands. There are a lot of easy crossovers with the story...

Hmm, interesting idea, is Rangers of Shadow Deep suited for the setting?
cheers and keep on gaming, Agis - http://www.adpublishing.de

Very much so. The main story/campaign involves a spreading cursed land called the Shadow Deep, which is pretty much the same as the Shadowlands (source of undead, monsters, tainted land and animals). The setting in the book is more like medieval Europe, but it's a very easy swap over to Asian/Rokugani. And it's "miniatures agnostic", so you can use whatever minis you like, and swap out creature types. For instance, the main troops of the Shadow Deep are gnolls, but I'm substituting Shadowlands goblins. And instead of a Terror Wing (big demon), I'll be using an oni.

This is a fantastic idea! Could be just the excuse I need to get a few Samurai and their enemies from various sources...

I highly recommend this Oni, Agis. From Stonehaven Miniatures. He's HUGE (but made of resin) and nicely detailed:

Stonehaven Giant Oni

Thanks for the link, considering the tons of Rising Sun Onis I already got, I will pass on this one!

Thanks, and YES!
Minicrate L5R is run that you can only come to the conclusion they do NOT want to sell!   ;)
