Good grief, that is an amazing collection of beautifully painted figures! I’m torn between admiration and sheer envy...

I think I’ll take the high road and opt for being inspired, thanks for posting the pics!

Cheers Chaps.
I've just spent the evening. Putting together the five figure cavalry unit that will form the Army standard bearer.
It'll be Four Marauder miniatures mounted knights and the citadel mounted bard ADD 18. (I could have sworn I'd six mounted knights but fours all I could find after rooting around for the best part of the day. :?)
I'll undercoat them tomorrow and do a rough sketch of the Army standard.
Plus a little work on the castle.
I would have done some more of it yesterday. But I managed to sidetrack myself in sculpting a version of the 'Mad Guru.'
Absolutely no idea what to do with an Afghan cleric riding a mule .But I've now got one.(Well nearly just his hands to make.)

Thanks It's a bit of a slow burner project.
The 'Keep' will take up the space of the fourth wall and corner. So as far as the curtain wall is pretty much as seen

I'm currently experimenting with a sample of fine wood chip wall paper to substitute for rendering.(Not enough stone effect wallpaper left ,is the catalyst for this sudden burst of invention) Found its possible to hide the seams. With a little over saturation with Mod podge and stippling the two edges into each other..
Not a brilliant photograph as it started to rain . I felt a paper model would be scare easily . So it was chucked in a box and taken in doors.

Getting excited & making jokes about dropping Nepalm on little Asian Children in a Viet' village doesn't make it ok just because 'it's wargaming & not real'. You wanker scum need to look again at the real photographic horror of such chemical weapons. Seriously Disgusting mind set amongst some you.

No it's not dead nor unfortunately is it finished.
Life and lockdown change priorities. Work load and commissions have be stupidly high. Add in home schooling and Fostering.Means I'm working most days until 1.30 am and every third or fourth day till three. So I've not really had the motivation to run with it .
But some progress has been made. I've managed a little work on the wall section.Every section and corner has a roof . although all the components haven't glued  together.
Ive also managed to get the basic form and colours on the lower section of the keep.( although I can't seem to locate the interior detail for the dungeon/ cellars.)
I've used the majority of my hobby time to catch up with some of my WW2 buildings. ( over on my Homefront thread on the WW2 board.)
I've just got a steam locomotive to build for it and I'll be able to catch up on the castle build.
Mind you I'm sort of already on it as Im sculpting figures I want to use with the castle.( Guard's Guard's on Frostgrave board.) They kind of started out as a challenge from friends. Now they're off to be cast for Sally 4th. But I'm still sculpting extra figures I want for this project.
