Medium C "Hornet"
« on: July 18, 2019, 01:32:40 AM »

This is a 1:100 scale (15mm) FDM print of the British Medium C "Hornet", the much improved replacement for the Medium A "Whippet". It didn't make it into action in WW1, but it stayed in service with the British army until 1925.

You can get it printed for you by Shapeways at http://shpws.me/OHlc, or if you have access to a printer of your own you can get the STL (much cheaper) at https://www.wargaming3d.com/product/medium-c-hornet/.

Nice work, you can hardly see the print lines even in the photo and I suspect on the table top you would not notice them at all.
May I ask what material it was printed in?

It's printed in eSun PLA+ on my Ender 3 at a layer height of 0.08mm.
