Cosmotiger's Cyberpunk thread (updated Sept 10)
« on: July 31, 2019, 01:59:29 AM »
There seems to be a little wave of cyberpunk rules coming out lately which inspired me to dig out some of the Future Wars minis that have been languishing in my lead collection for years (decades even).

I've kind of been on a hiatus from science fiction for a while, painting some fantasy stuff to sell, but not really anything for my own collection. So, in hopes of staying on track with this project, I'm starting a thread.

This guy has always struck me as a detective or cop of some sort, so I used a color scheme inspired by Rick Deckard in "Blade Runner."

Ha! I love those. Great colors compliment their character.

Lovely stuff Cosmo!
Those future war figures are incredibly versatile, they would work well with Dredd. First lad could be in the Wally squad.

Very nice! I always had a soft spot for those chaps and you did a great job on them. That Deckard guy is very cool.

em4 calls this one the "Female Exotic," but I think Grenadier put her in the "Corporate" pack. I like the mini, but I wasn't sure what I'd do with it. However, in the Hardwired rules, there is a character type called a "Shiver" who specialize in psionic powers. I figure she'd work for that.

The em4 Female Rebel with SMG. A nice, multi-purpose model.

Love the slightly retro take on cyberpunk you've got going on here. Great painting too!
